If you are using this site you are agreeing to abide by all our terms and conditions. Trendy Lil Treats reserves the right to revise these terms at any time.
Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy
You may return any faulty or unused incorrect goods for a full replacement. If you receive faulty or incorrect goods we will reimburse you the shipping costs after the goods have been returned, you will need to include the return postage receipt to be reimbursed. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with the return address and organise the replacement, please ensure the goods are returned in original packaging and unused/new condition.
If you simply change your mind you will not be entitled to a product refund or reimbursed for shipping. We do not refund change of mind purchases so please check the dimensions and details of your item before purchasing to ensure the size suits your needs. If in doubt about the suitability of an item please email us for more information to ensure you order a suitable item for your needs, we are more than happy to help you choose products that suit your needs.
If we do agree to receive the item back you will be responsible for postage and you will be charged a restocking fee to cover our admin fees and the product being unavailable for sale for a period of time. We will then issue you with a store credit.
Some Clearance Items may be slightly marked or the packaging may not be in perfect condition, they will be in full working order, not cracked or damaged at all but some may have very minor marks on them. Most clearance items will be products we will no longer going to be stocking. Warranty on clearance items is 1 month unless stated otherwise on the product.

All product sizes are provided by the manufacturers and are approximate only and can be slightly different. Note that all lunch boxes and bags are measured using external measurements.
If your order arrives with missing items they need to be reported to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, within 48 hours otherwise it is deemed your order has been received in full. When you file a missing product report with us we will take 2-3 business day to investigate this as we will need to lodge a query of the total weight sent with our freight forwarded as well as look back through the packing photos. Please be patient while we work our hardest to fix this.
If your order arrives damaged in transit please email photos of the product and packaging, plus a description as soon as it arrives to email@example.com. We need to be contacted within 24 hours of receiving the order.
If you have a product you need to claim under warranty we need to follow a process and take the matter up with the manufacturer. This could take anywhere from 1 -10 days depending on the manufacturer. Please ensure you email us through multiple photos and as much information to make this process quick and stress free.
Note: Wear and Tear is not considered a manufacturing fault, this decision lies with the manufacturer as to if its a fault or wear and tear. This is out of our control.
If you purchase an item before or after we have a sale, we cannot offer a refund or compensation for the sale amount. Sales and discounts are only valid for the duration of time it's advertised for, this includes if you forget to use a coupon code.
Courier deliveries around the Townsville district will be once a week or pickup is available. If you are selecting free pickup you will be sent a text message when your order is ready to be collected. Please ensure you add your mobile phone number to your order. The shop address for pickup is Shop 6, 25 Keane Street, Currajong.
Delivery Australia wide will be posted 3 times a week. At peak times your delivery might not make the next packing day but will be shipped as soon as possible, this will only apply at peak periods (Christmas and Back to School Season).
We are currently using Toll Ipec Priority Service which is estimated to take 1-4 days from shipment, 4 days being remote locations. This service is only available to street addresses (homes or businesses) NO PO BOXES, PARCEL LOCKERS, PARCEL COLLECTION, etc. All Toll orders come with tracking.
If you require your order to be sent to a PO Box, Parcel Locker, Parcel Collection Point, etc then you will need to select shipping through AusPost Regular Post Service. AusPost takes 3-14 days depending on location, please ensure you select AusPost for these services not Toll Ipec.
Toll Ipec do not service York or the NT, all those orders will be shipped through AusPost.
If you select free shipping for orders over $200 we only ship to Street addresses as in most cases these orders require us to package them into boxes and we only use Toll Ipec's Road Service for this. This is a road service and takes approx 3-14 days (14 being WA, 3 being QLD and NSW).
International Orders are shipped through AusPost. Please note that international orders are shipped from Australia through AusPost but when they arrive at the destination country it then goes with that countries postal service and their tracking and scanning abilities. The receiver is responsible for any customs fees and duties applicable to that country.
If your order goes missing we will track it and from there an investigation will be lodged, which usually takes 10-14 working days. The investigation looks into the drivers gps tracking and in most cases a photo of where the parcel was delivered which helps track down your parcel. If it turns out to be missing/undelivered we will then reship your order, we will not refund the order value unless it's special circumstances. All our items are traceable through both postal services, if your order is deemed delivered we will do further investigations and make a decision based on the delivery drivers report. Please ask if you are worried about your order.
NOTE: If you give Authority to Leave in your order notes you waive your rights for replacements to be shipped if tracking shows your order as delivered. We prefer not to give Authority to Leave and will only do so if you request it in your order notes.
If you order goods which are preorder, your entire order will be held until the preordered item arrives in stock. Preorder items have an Expected Release Date, goods may arrive up to 7 days before or after this date, you are accepting these terms when ordering. Shipping of preorder items will be within 24 hours of us receiving them. If we have any delays past the 7 days we will notify you via email to see if you would like to continue to wait or receive a refund, this is very rare.
